The service academies include:

U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, CO
U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY
U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY
U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD
U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT

Appointment to an academy includes a four-year scholarship with a service obligation of six years.

Please Note: A congressional nomination is not a guarantee of admission. The final decision to appoint will be made by the academy itself following the final review of your medical and academic qualifications by the Academy Admission’s Board.
