Schedule an Appointment

I am always happy to receive your invitations and meet with Middle Tennesseans. If you would like to request a meeting, you can contact me by fax or phone.

You may fax your request to 202-225-6887. Please include the names of those to attend the meeting, the date for the meeting, the topic and a contact phone number.

You may also mail your request to 2310 Rayburn HOB, Washington, DC 20515. Due to increased screening of mail, allow 10-14 days for delivery.
