This site does have an online comment form that you can submit via e-mail to send your thoughts and concerns to Senator Roberts. That form does require certain personal information from you but only that which is necessary for the office to contact you regarding your comments.

Some casework requests require my office to provide your information to other relevant federal agencies. However, these agencies must comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, which requires you to provide written permission to that agency before it can share any information.
