Thank you for visiting Senator Roberts’ web site. Protecting the personal privacy of my constituency is of the utmost importance and if you still have any questions or concerns after reading this document, please contact one of my offices.

This site is part of the U.S. Senate Web domain. The U.S. Senate collects aggregate data about visits to the web site, such as statistics that show which page of the site is visited the most, the domain from which you reached the Senate site, the date and time of your visit, the pages you visit, and the address of the website, if any, that provided the link from which you accessed the Senate site. Some casework requests require my office to provide your information to other relevant federal agencies. However, these agencies must comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, which requires you to provide written permission to that agency before it can share any information.

There are links to other federal and state government sites on the this web site which you may find useful. Any link that does not include “senate.gov” in the address is outside the U.S. Senate’s domain. You will need to refer to that site’s privacy policy for information on data they may collect.
