In the wake of this summer's conflict between Israel and Hizballah terrorists, the House International Relations Committee held a hearing to study the threat from Hizballah. Congressman Ackerman, who has been highlighting the threat from Hizballah for years, argued strongly that the Bush Administration's poor foreign policy choices have left the United States in an exceedingly bad position to tackle the Hizballah threat.
