Universal voluntary testing, immediate treatment can reduce HIV cases
26 November 2008 -- Universal voluntary testing followed by immediate antiretroviral therapy treatment can reduce new HIV cases by 95% within 10 years, according to new findings based on a mathematical model developed by HIV specialists in WHO. The computer model raises substantial issues which will be the focus of a meeting next year.
