Chief of Army Reserve Lt. Gen. Jack C. Stultz and Command Sergeant Major Leon Caffie met with the Army's Congressional Fellows for fiscal year 2009, Sep. 18 in Washington, D.C. The purpose of the Fellowship Program is, ultimately, to improve our ability to respond to Co
