Rep. Nadler Condemns Attack on Jaffa Street in Jerusalem

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Jerrold Nadler (NY-08) today condemned the recent terrorist attack along Jaffa Street in downtown Jerusalem.  Reports indicate that at least three people have been killed, and at least 66 people have been wounded.

“I strongly condemn this attack,” said Rep. Nadler.  “This act of terror has not only caused the death and injury of innocent civilians, but it also threatens the recent relative calm that we have seen in the area.  We must continue to work towards an achievable peace, and all parties must commit themselves to that process.  My thoughts and prayers go out to the injured and to the families who have lost loved ones.”
