(March 19, 2008) Bellflower, CA – Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard (C-34) thanked longtime Bellflower residents Robin (shown left) and Bob Snow for welcoming her and more than two dozen of their friends and neighbors to an informal neighborhood gathering at their home. Over hotdogs on the patio, the meeting provided the congresswoman an opportunity to meet the residents and share with them information about how she and her staff are available to assist them. The congresswoman emphasized, for example, that her constituent caseworkers are available to provide them with individual assistance with matters involving federal agencies. In addition to regular constituent casework office hours in her Downtown Los Angeles office, the congresswoman invited them to visit one of her caseworkers in Bellflower, the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Bellflower City Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. More information is available by calling (213) 628-9230. Among the evening’s attendees, Mayor Scott Larsen (shown second photo on left) and City Manager Mike Egan took the opportunity to thank the congresswoman for her continued support of the community.
