Congressman Gene Green took part in a two-day Congressional visit to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point on November 13 – 15, 2003.   Rep. Green & Mrs. Green also met with constituent cadets from the 29th District of Texas, including Carlos Santana, Patrick Kuiper, Alice Garcia, and Wesley Hunt.
