Washington, DC -
Congressman Gene Green (D-Houston) will host a series of town hall meetings in January. He will also hold a special meeting focused on issues that affect seniors and a Paying for College Workshop, both on January 9.
“We’ve had a great response to these in the past, and I hope every resident will be able to make it to one or more of the town hall meetings,” Green said. “Hearing from the people of the 29th District at these town hall meetings helps me do my job well.”
Texas’ 29th U.S. Congressional District incorporates parts of Houston and the metro area, including Aldine, Northside and the East End, Baytown, Channelview, South Houston, Pasadena, Galena Park, and Jacinto City. All residents of the 29th Congressional District are encouraged to attend, ask questions and express their views and concerns.
