[ Flag Order Form ]

Constituents of Washington's 1st Congressional District may purchase U.S. flags that have been flown over the Capitol Building through Jay’s, Washington, D.C. office. Flag requests frequently are made for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, new citizenship ceremonies, Eagle Scout events, retirements, etc.

Each flag comes with a certificate of authenticity indicating the date, occasion, and on whose behalf it was flown. Because it is easiest for the office to obtain 3x5 nylon flags, they can be shipped more quickly than other types of flags.  Please consider this fact when deciding which size and material flag to order.

In order to process your order, Jay’s, Washington, D.C. office must receive both the flag order form and your payment by check (unfortunately, the House Committee on Administration does not permit us to accept payment via credit cards).  Flag order forms may be e-mailed to Jay’s, Washington, D.C. office, or printed out and mailed with your check payment.

Please be advised that your order will not be processed until payment is received. Please make checks payable to: "Jay Inslee Office Supply Account." Because postal mail to Jay’s Washington, D.C., office is delayed due to security screening, please send your flag check to his local office:
