HOW TO ORDER FLAGS
As a constituent of the Fourth District of Texas you may have an American flag flown over the U.S. Capitol. Please use the form we have provided for you to send your request to Congressman Hall's Washington office or you can contact one of the district offices listed below.

Because of the numerous requests, our office cannot provide these flags free of charge -- below is a list of current flag prices (subject to change at any time). Please note that postage is included in the prices of the flags at $3.95 per flag. Please make checks payable to "Ralph Hall's Office Supply Account".

Upon receipt of your request your flag will be flown over the Capitol and mailed to you as soon as possible. Due to the number of flag requests the Capitol must process, please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Send Flag Request Form and checks to:
