Workforce Investment Network/WiN

The Workforce Investment Network, or WiN, is a collaborative effort led by a private, business board. To meet the labor needs of residents, WiN partners with local governments. As a working partnership, education, organized labor representatives, and state and local agencies are included.

Note: In the Cities of Carson, Torrance and Santa Monica the WiN One Stop Career Centers are co-located in the previously listed EDD Job Service sites.

The Department of Labor's Unemployment Insurance (UI) programs provide unemployment benefits to eligible workers who become unemployed through no fault of their own, and meet certain other eligibility requirements.
