Frelinghuysen believes Congress must continue to provide the needed resources for the safety and security of the American people and our young servicemen and women fighting terrorism. To better support our troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, and around the globe, Congress has approved the Secretary of Defense’s recommendations to expand Picatinny Arsenal’s missions and create hundreds of new jobs at the installation.
