I am committed to securing affordable prescription drugs for America's seniors. Whether it's leading the fight for the importation of prescription drugs from Canada and other safe countries by introducing the Pharmaceutical Market Access and Drug Safety Act of 2007 (H.R. 380), pushing for direct price negotiations between Medicare and drug companies (H.R. 4), or bringing new generic drugs to market (H.R. 1038), I will continue to work to make sure that seniors don’t have to choose between groceries and their prescriptions.
