Congratulations to Katrina Bettard and Michael Pazda – this year’s winners of the 12th Congressional District Congressional Art Competition.
Katrina, senior at Lakeland High School, received Best of Show for her work "the Autumn Crop." Michael, senior at Harrison School for the Arts, was First Runner Up for his work "Hammertime."
