FLAG REQUESTS

Constituents of Virginia's Third Congressional District are able to request and purchase flags that have been flown over the United States Capitol through my congressional office. For requests that a flag be flow on a particular day, please make sure you send your flag form and check at least a month in advance to allow for processing time.

Below is an order form and price list to use if you would like to request a flag.

Request for Assistance

If you are experiencing difficulties with a Federal Government agency and you would like assistance from my office, please contact my Newport News District Office at (757) 380-1000. A Caseworker will be assigned to you and allow your process to be handled effectively. You will also be asked to complete a Constituent Consent and Information Form and fax or mail it to my Newport News Office:
