STARK TO HOLD TOWN MEETINGS IN FREMONT, HAYWARD AND ALAMEDA ON SATURDAY

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- U.S. Representative Pete Stark (D-CA) will meet with residents of the 13th Congressional District on Saturday, February 16th in Fremont, Hayward and Alameda.

The three town meetings will allow constituents to ask questions about important national issues. Given recent news, likely topics include Congress’ economic stimulus package, President Bush’s support for domestic spying and Defense Secretary Robert Gates’ recent announcement on the pace of troop withdrawals from Iraq.
