Ray's Help Desk
While Ray often says that voting on issues in Washington is the most important part of his job, he has always placed a great emphasis on the constituent service needs of the citizens of the 18th District.
Some people need help in dealing with a Federal agency, to track down a medal that should have been awarded to a veteran, to help deal with the IRS, or to assist people going through the immigration process.
Possibly a person is looking to start a small business and is looking for loan information from the Small Business Administration or is traveling to Washington, D.C. and is interested in tour information.
Or maybe it is a local town which is pulling together to fund a new sewer system, roadway, or community center.
Ray is committed to help Illinois residents wade through the web of the Federal government. He is actively involved on projects and programs in communities across the 18th District and he assists local towns with projects and economic development.
In each of his offices Ray has dedicated, professional staff members who can help constituents with any matter pertaining to the Federal government.
Feel free to contact them or look through the list of services and opportunities at the bottom of this page.
If you looking for a category of assistance that is not listed, please contact one of our offices or e-mail Ray.
