Getting Help Resources

Serving you is my top priority which I do with great honor.  My staff and I are always pleased to assist you with questions or problems that you might have with federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Social Security Administration, or the Internal Revenue Service.  My constituent caseworkers are available to help with a wide-range of federal matters, including problems with Social Security and Medicare benefits, immigration visas and veterans’ benefits.  Although we cannot order a federal agency to decide a matter in your favor, we can help you get a prompt response.

To learn more, please click here to read my constituent services guide in English; click here to read the guide’s Spanish translation; click here to read the guide’s Japanese translation; click here to read the guide’s Chinese translation; and click here to read the guide’s Korean translation.

In addition, please visit or call my district office.  The contact information is as follows:

Downtown Los Angeles Office
9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday
8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday through Friday
255 E. Temple Street, Suite 1860
Los Angeles, CA 90012-3334
phone (213) 628-9230

In addition, I have special constituent service office hours staffed by my caseworkers to provide individual assistance to you or your family at different locations throughout the 34th Congressional District.  Please check out our Constituent Service Hours where you can meet with an individual caseworker.
