New Reproductive Rights Study

5 October 2004

U.S. Rep. Jay Inslee joined other Members of the Congressional Pro-Choice Caucus and the Center for Reproductive Rights (CRR) to host the unveiling of a new report, "What if Roe Fell?"

What If Roe Fell? is the first detailed state-by-state legal analysis of what could happen if the Supreme Court overturned its 1973 decision, Roe v. Wade. The report finds that over 70 million women in more than half the country would be at considerable risk of losing their abortion rights, some within a matter of weeks.
