Tom Brown
Chief of Staff

Former Clay County Commissioner, Tom Brown serves as Chief of Staff to Congressman Sam Graves.  As the Congressman's top aide, Tom oversees the Washington, D.C. and district offices.  Additionally, Tom serves as appropriations coordinator while in Washington, D.C., advancing major projects for Missouri's Sixth Congressional District.

Paul serves as Legislative Director to Congressman Graves, managing all legislative projects and initiatives. Paul also oversees the Congressman’s work on the Small Business Committee.

Melissa Roe
Deputy Chief of Staff
Transportation, Business and Civic Groups, Healthcare, Appropriations Energy and Trade
Melissa serves as Congressman Graves’ Deputy Chief of Staff, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Liberty office.  Melissa works closely with business groups and community organizations, and collaborates with local officials to address transportation needs in the Kansas City metropolitan area.  She also serves as a liaison to the press when he travels in the district.

Alicia Endicott
Constituent Services Manager
Alicia serves as a caseworker for Congressman Graves.  She assists him in acting as a liaison between constituents and federal agencies to ensure the Congressman’s constituents are treated fairly and according to agency guidelines.

Buffy Smith

Buffy serves as a field representative for the Congressman, acting as a liaison for constituents to the Congressman.  She also works to advance the Congressman’s agenda in these priority issue areas.  Additionally, Buffy serves as Congressman Graves’ scheduler.

Dan Hegeman

Dan is responsible for the day-to-day management in the Congressman’s St. Joseph office. His office is responsible for 23 counties from the Iowa border to Kirksville and down to Boonville serving over 300,000 constituents.
