The Subcommittee on Regulations, Healthcare and Trade for the 110th Congress can exercise oversight of regulations and regulatory issues that affect small businesses, health care coverage issues, and trade issues, including the Small Business Administration’s Office of International Trade.

The Subcommittee also has jurisdiction over the Regulatory Flexibility Act, the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act, the Paperwork Reduction Act, the SBA’s Office of Advocacy, National Ombudsman, and SBA small business size standards.
