Flag Requests

Constituents may request to have a flag flown over the Capitol to honor a loved one, commemorate outstanding achievements, or acknowledge the exemplary service of an individual or group. I encourage you to take this opportunity to express your admiration or gratitude

To have a flag flown over the Capitol, please print and complete the form below and enclose a check made payable to: Congressman Lincoln Davis' Office Supply Account. Please note that $4.05 is included in the total cost and covers the cost of flying your flag and the certificate.

Due to the high demand for flags, there will be a delay in processing requests. They will be processed in the order in which they are received.
