Casework/ Help with Federal Agencies

If you have a problem involving a federal agency, my staff and I are always willing to assist you. Caseworkers in my district offices are on hand to provide you with assistance in dealing with agencies including: the Social Security Administration, IRS, Veteran's Administration, Medicare, Department of Defense, visa and passport offices, immigration, disability, and federal employment offices. Please understand that while we can assist you in bringing your case to the attention of the proper officials and guide you through the process, we cannot direct an agency to decide a matter in your favor. It is also important to note that Congressman Davis can't help in matters before the courts.

In order for me to make inquires on your behalf, the Federal Privacy Act requires your written authorization. Please fill out the privacy release form below and provide a concise letter describing the matter with which you are having a problem. Be sure to include any identification numbers and case or file numbers. Feel free to contact the appropriate district office and they will help you answer any questions you may have.

Help with State Agencies

If you have a problem involving a Tennessee state agency or with such state issues as TennCare or CoverKids you should contact your Representatives in the Tennessee General Assembly. Such state issues are out of my jurisdiction as a United States Representative. You can find your State Senator here and your State Representative here.
