When the government is spending your money, I believe we should expect it to be fiscally disciplined and hold it accountable. The only way to reduce our eight trillion dollar national debt is to force the federal government to live within its means. If families must live within their budget, then the federal government should too. That’s why I support measures to hold down spending in Congress and demand some common-sense changes to the budget process.
