I would like to congratulate Josie Sanders of Hilliard Darby High School who won First Place at the 2008 Congressional Art Competion for the 15th District, and thank all the art students who participated in this year's event.

Josie's piece, entitled, "Dog Eyes" will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year alongside artwork from other competitions around the country. Josie and her family will be flown to Washington, D.C. for a gala reception, courtesy of vouchers provided by Southwest Airlines.
