If you live in the 5th District of Texas and would like to purchase an American flag which has been flown over the U.S. Capitol, our office would be happy to assist you. Please read the following information and instructions in order to request a U.S. flag from us and have it shipped to you.
Shipping fees are different for each flag and also depend on the number of flags requested. Please see the table below.

The Architect of the Capitol charges an additional $4.05 fee for each flag flown over the U.S. Capitol. If you do not want your flag flown over the Capitol, you may exclude this additional fee when submitting your request and payment. Please note that the flag prices listed above do not include the $4.05 flying fee.
Print, fill out, and send us this Flag Order Form to order your U.S. flag.
Upon receipt of your request and full payment, your flag will be flown over the Capitol and mailed to you as soon as possible. Due to the number of flag requests the Architect Capitol must process, please allow four weeks for delivery. Send the Flag Order Form, along with your check or money order payable to "Hensarling Office Supply Account," to our Athens or Dallas office.
Flags can also be ordered by visiting either of our District offices. Forms are available at our District offices, and you can drop off your payment along with your completed Flag Order Form there.
