- Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA); and

- Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS).



10/10/2008 7:15 AM EDT: The following USPTO systems will be unavailable on Saturday, October 11, 2008, starting at 12:01 AM and ending at 2:00 AM:

- Public and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR);

- The Interferences e-filing for viewing and uploading case documents; and

- Assignment Historical Database and Assignments on the Web (AHD-AOTW);
