If you are a resident of the 7th Congressional District in Maryland, you may contact me regarding legislative issues online using "Write Your Representative."  For scheduling matters, please send your inquiry in writing via fax or traditional mail to my Washington, D.C. Office. If you are in need of immediate assistance, or for all other constituent inquiries, please contact my Baltimore district office.

If you live outside the 7th Congressional District in Maryland and wish to contact me, please use standard mail or fax and direct your correspondence to my Washington, D.C. office.  Please know that the standard practice of Congressional courtesy requires that I forward any requests for assistance  to your Member of Congress.  The "Write Your Representative" site can also be utilized to look up your Representative and his or her contact information.

While I make every effort to respond to all correspondence received in my offices, priority is given to residents of the 7th Congressional District.
