REQUEST 2009 INAUGURATION TICKETS

On January 20, 2009, the i nauguration of our 44 th President will take place in Washington, DC. This historic event will be an exciting time.

M embers of Congress have been allotted tickets to the swearing-in ceremony to distribute. My priority will be to give my tickets to constituents of the 53rd district. Although demand from constituents has already far exceed ed supply , I encourage you to let me know if you would like tickets by completing the request form below by November 30, 2008.

At the beginning of December, I will select constituents through a lottery and notify all applicants as to whether they will receive tickets. Notifications will be sent by e-mail.

Note: These tickets are standing tickets only. They are free of charge and may not be resold for profit. Recipients are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Congressional offices do not distribute tickets to inaugural events other than the swearing-in ceremony.
