Congressional Recognition Certificates
My office sends special Congressional recognition certificates to young people in the 5th Congressional District of South Carolina for their achievements in attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and the Girl Scout Gold Award.
We also send certificates to congratulate a citizen of the 5th District who has earned public distinction for outstanding public service to the community.
