  A Message from Elizabeth

Welcome to the Dole Campus – a Web Site dedicated to students! No matter what your age, it’s so important to be active in our country’s democratic process.

I was raised to believe that there are no limits to individual achievement and no excuses to justify indifference. From an early age, I was taught that success is measured not in material accumulations, but in service to others. I was encouraged to join causes larger than myself, to pursue positive change through a sense of mission, and to stand up for what I believe.

Public service is a noble thing to do – and don’t let anyone tell you differently!

Every day, I am inspired by the young people I meet – people with the ideas and energy to get involved and make a real difference. I want to inspire more young people to become involved in our public policy process – the future of our country belongs to you. I’d like to applaud you for taking the first step by visiting this site. I hope you will continue seeking to learn more about the issues facing our country and join the policy debate.
