More American Energy: Lowering Energy Prices to Help Balance the Family Budget

WASHINGTON – The Senate Republican Conference will hold an energy forum tomorrow, Friday, May 16, to discuss rising fuel costs and ways Congress can promote American energy sources that help ease the strain on family budgets while also reducing the nation’s dependence on foreign oil. Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) will chair the forum, which will hear from a panel of energy experts. The forum is open to the media.
