The City has three commercial spaces for lease: two office spaces and one food service/retail space. For a summary of the available space, see the information packet. Save Money on Your Home Energy Bills!
The Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments has partnered with PG&E to provide residents of Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito counties, including Watsonville residents, with free home energy surveys, free light bulbs and more to help residents lower their energy usage and save money on their natural gas and electricity bills. Hospitality businesses, such as restaurants and hotels, can also receive a free energy survey. More Information.

Affordable homes for sale available now - no lottery required!
New and resale condos, townhomes and single-family homes with up to four bedrooms, located in various Watsonville neighborhoods, are currently listed for sale through the City of Watsonville Affordable Housing Program. Prices range from $194,000 to $403,000. These homes are available to eligible low- or moderate-income, first-time homebuyers. Down payment assistance loans from the Redevelopment Agency are available to eligible buyers of these homes.

The new City of Watsonville administrative offices are now open at 275 Main Street, Suite 400 (4th Floor). The parking garage next to the new civic plaza is also open. The entrance to the parking garage is on Rodriguez Street.
