On average, I receive close to 500 constituent letters, calls, faxes, and emails each day.  In an effort to cut down on costs, be environmentally friendly, and continue to respond to the concerns of Connecticut residents of the 3rd District, I am beginning to respond to some inquiries and opinions by email rather than paper letters.

Please Note: This service is for current 3rd Congressional District constituents of Connecticut only and will not accept messages from zip codes located outside of the 3rd District. Congressional courtesy dictates that Representatives be given the opportunity to assist their own constituents.

Find out if you are a resident of the 3rd Congressional District of Connecticut by clicking here.
