2009 Presidential Inauguration Information


I have three offices to serve you, one in Washington, D.C. and two district offices, one in Herndon and one in Winchester. So that my offices can handle your request more quickly, please select your reason for contacting me:

If you would like to contact me for a reason not specified above, or follow up on a previously submitted request, you can send me an e-mail or call one of my offices using these phone numbers.
My district offices in Herndon and Winchester are responsible for helping constituents with issues they are having with federal agencies. Common issues these offices can assist you with include:
  • Passport Problems
  • Benefits issues, including social security and veterans benefits
  • Immigration and visa issues
  • Grants
  • Many other issues
The list above is not exhaustive, so if your issue does not appear above, or if you are uncertain as to whether your issue involves a federal agency, please don’t hesitate to contact my district offices for assistance. You may also find answers to your questions online in the constituent services section of my Web site. There are four ways you can contact my district offices:
  1. Submit a request for assistance using my online casework form
  2. Call my Herndon or Winchester offices using the phone numbers here
  3. Visit my Herndon or Winchester offices at the addresses here. These offices are open from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, excluding federal holidays.
  4. Representatives from my office are available at different locations around the district on specific days of the month. Please see my satellite offices page for more information if you would like meet with someone from my office in a location closer to where you’re located.
I am always interested in the opinions of my constituents on legislative issues of importance to them. If you wish to contact me to share your thoughts or ask a question on a legislative issue, please e-mail me or contact my D.C. office by phone or fax.

To request a meeting with me or to send an event invitation, please fax your request to my D.C. office at 202-225-0437 (Attn: Scheduler). Please make sure to include the following information: dates/times you are available for the requested meeting, topic of the meeting, and any other additional information you may have.  If you have an original event invitation, please fax that to me as well.  **NOTE: Due to the large volume of requests received by my office, please allow at least 5-6 business days before following up on your request.
