Rahall Calls for Historic 1000th House Vote

U.S. Rep. Nick Rahall, D-WV, called for the historic 1,000th vote of the 110th Congress Wednesday, the highest number of votes recorded during a single session in the history of the U.S. House of Representatives.

"As I have cast over 17,000 votes in the House of Representatives myself, it was an honor for me as a committee chairman to call for the 1000th vote of this historic 110th Congress, the most in any session of Congress in history," said Rahall.
