I remain deeply concerned about the challenges my constituents and others face while they continue to search for employment during the persistent downturn in the economy.  I have consistently supported efforts to extend unemployment compensation to all employees who have lost jobs through no fault of their own and have been unable to find new employment as a result of declines in available jobs.
