Constituent Services

How Can I be of Service to You?
I want to assist the residents of the 12th Congressional District with problems and concerns you have with the federal government. While my staff is experienced and dedicated to assisting constituents with these issues, we have no authority in the decision making process.

What I cannot do for you:

My staff is prohibited by state and federal law from providing legal advice to constituents. If you need legal advice, you should consult a lawyer.

Federal Government
Before I can proceed with efforts to assist, you will need to complete a Privacy Act Release Form. The Privacy Act of 1974 requires members of Congress and their staffs to have written authorization from individuals before inquiring on their behalf.  We also need copies of all other materials related to your case.

After receiving your Privacy Release Form and other information, we will contact you as soon as I receive a response from the federal agency.

For a complete listing of federal government benefits, visit: http://www.govbenefits.gov/.  For additional information, visit the Library of Congress Federal Government Web Site.
