I am pleased to offer special services to my constituents in Louisiana's Third Congressional District. As your representative to the U.S. Congress, I hope to assist you in dealings with the federal government. Listed below are some ways in which my office may assist Louisiana constituents.

Congressional Art Competition
As your U.S. Representative for Louisiana’s 3rd Congressional District, I am proud to announce my 4th Annual High School Congressional Art Competition.  I cordially invite high school students to enter the Congressional Art Competition, “An Artistic Discovery.”

Small Business Assistance Programs
