Congresswoman
Marcy Kaptur recently judged the annual Congressional Art Competition
for the Ninth Congressional District. After considering the work of
many talented high school students, she is happy to announce as the
winner Oberlin High School student Hannah Gregory, whose drawing Saturday Night will be displayed in the Capitol in Washington, D.C.
