, June 5, 2004—Marking the death of former President Ronald Reagan, Congressman José E. Serrano (D-NY) issued the following statement:
“It was with great sadness that I took the news of President Ronald Reagan’s death. He was a man of great warmth, dignity, humor, strength and leadership, and this country will always be thankful for his many years in public service. I mourn his loss and send my deepest condolences to Mrs. Reagan and his children.”
