Details/Tours: The Mint offers public tours that are given each weekday. Tickets for these tours may be obtained by waiting in line for tickets the morning you would like to tour the building. Ticket distribution beings at 8 AM, but it is recommended that you arrive at 6:30 AM in order to obtain tickets. Hours/Details/Tours: Staff-led tours of the Capitol building are available by appointment through my office between 9 AM and 2 PM on weekdays. Staff-led tours may be requested using the Tour Request Form on this site. Saturday tours are also available on a first-come, first-served basis between 9 AM and 4 PM. Saturday tours are given by official Capitol Guides and leave from the tour kiosk in the white tent on the House side of the Capitol along Independence Avenue. It is recommended that you arrive early for tours on Saturday during the peak tourism season (April through August).

Hours/Details/Tours: Public tours of the Kennedy Center are available weekdays between 10 AM and 5 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 1 PM. Both walk-ins and group tours are easily accommodated. Groups of 20 or more must make reservations at 202-416-8341. Congressional guest tours may be requested through my office using the Tour Request Form. Congressional guest tours are available weekdays at 9 AM and 4:30 PM and Saturdays and Sundays at 9:30 AM. The 9:30 AM tour leaves from the Hall of States entrance, while the 4:30 PM tour leaves from the Tour Desk on the A-Level.
Location: The Visitors’ Center is in the Thomas Jefferson Building at the corner of 1st St. and Independence Ave., SE, Washington, DC.
Hours: The Visitors’ Center is open Monday through Saturday, 10AM-5:30PM. The Visitors’ Theater is open Monday through Saturday, 10AM-5:15PM.
Details/Tours: No reservations are required for tours. Tours are offered Monday through Friday on every half hour from 10:30AM-3:30PM, and Saturday on every half hour from 10:30AM-2:30PM. Tours originate in the Great Hall of the Thomas Jefferson Building. Professional programs, group tours, and audio tours are also offered.

Details/Tours: Due to White House policy, a very limited number of tours are available for groups of 10 or more. These must be requested through our office at least six weeks in advance during the off-peak season (September through March) and at least two-three months in advance during the peak season (April through August). Please know that tours may be requested up to six months in advance and that the sooner a tour is requested, the more likely a visitor will be able to tour the White House.
