Page Program
For more than 200 years, the House Page Program has assisted U.S. House of Representatives in Congressional operations. This program is administered by the Office of the Clerk, pursuant to direction from the Majority and Minority leadership and the U.S. House of Representatives Page Board.
Pages are students in their junior year of high school and must be sponsored by a Member of Congress. Unfortunately, while there are 435 Members of Congress, there are only about 66 page positions available each term.
