Wayne Roper - Chief of Staff
Coordinates the efforts of the DC and district offices. Formerly ran his own marketing company, previously served as Inglis’ District Director and has more than 15 years daily newspaper experience as a reporter and editor.

Price Atkinson

Price Atkinson - Communications Manager
Coordinates all media and press inquiries in addition to handling web site content. Previously worked in public relations at the collegiate level as well as a pair of stints at local news outlets.

Julie Wilson

Julie Wilson - Constituent Liaison Manager
Supervises all caseworkers and specializes in immigration and State Department issues. Previously served as Constituent Liaison for Inglis from (1993-98).

April Evans

April Evans - Constituent Liaison
Formerly a Customer Service Supervisor for five years and attended the University of South Carolina-Columbia pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.

Paul Howell

Paul Howell - Constituent Liaison
Assists veterans, current members of our armed forces and students seeking a nomination to a United States Service Academy. Formerly served in a family business and coordinated political campaigns.

Brenda Ballard

Brenda Ballard - Constituent Liaison
Immigration specialist and assists in all areas of casework, including passport cases. Provides assistance with Inglis' Judiciary Committee responsibilities. Previously worked for U.S. Senator Fritz Hollings as a Special Assistant for Immigration for the state of South Carolina. Prior to that worked 19 years as a corporate human resource person for domestic and international.

David Tseng

David Tseng - Intern
David is a junior at Clemson University majoring in Political Science.

Dwayne Hatchett

Dwayne Hatchett - Constituent Liaison
Manages all case and community work for Spartanburg and Union Counties. Previously worked in Human Resources, payroll and recruiting for a trucking company for five years before teaching fourth grade for six years.

Barbara Grogan

Barbara Grogan - Administrative Assistant
Barbara coordinates and maintains the daily operational procedures of the DC office, maintains Bob's schedule, handles office management duties and purchases.

Garth Van Meter

Garth Van Meter - Legislative Director
Manages the legislative efforts of the staff (including vote recommendations and co-sponsorships) and provides analysis and advice on energy and trade issues. Leverages his engineering and business degrees to increase the accessibility of complex technical and trade concepts. Formerly worked in government, small-business and non-profit sectors in computer consulting.

David Weil

David Weil - Legislative Assistant
Assists with strategic communications, helping to ensure that Inglis' ideas are expressed clearly and persuasively. Also hopes to aid Team Inglis with skills and experience gathered from a liberal arts degree at Yale University and work at a defense think tank.

Brad Hamlett

Brad Hamlett - Legislative Assistant
Brad is a Furman alumnus working on energy security, climate change, and immigration issues with other members of Team Inglis.

Katie Banks

Katie Banks - Legislative Assistant
Assists with constituent mail and correspondence along with annual appropriations. Also helps with passports. Graduated with a degree in political science from Clemson University and is the biggest Tiger fan working in any of the Fourth District offices.

Cynthia Lewis

Cynthia Lewis - Legislative Assistant
Cynthia is a recent MPA graduate of Clemson University and inaugural recipient of the Robert L. Woodson, Jr. Internship sponsored in partnership with the Urban League of the Upstate. She hopes to continue her career in public service.

Matthew Franke

Matthew Franke - Legislative Fellow
With liberal arts, engineering, and graduate degrees, as well as two decades of military and civilian experience, Matt brings a broad perspective to Team Inglis. This year Matt will coordinate our 2008 Health Care Tour – getting to the heart of the issues.

Catrina Rorke

Catrina Rorke - Legislative Fellow
Catrina is a current Presidential Management Fellow and holds degrees in environmental science and public management. She is working on environment, energy, and climate change issues with other members of Team Inglis.

Marcus Huskey

Marcus Huskey - Staff Assistant
Marcus is on his second tour with the Fourth District Office in Washington. A graduate of Samford University in Alabama, Marcus assists constituents with flag orders, Capitol and White House tours, and expedite passports to constituents in need. Marcus also helps out with general mail, faxes and phone calls.
