FLAG ORDERS

Please use the form below to order flags

At your request, I can arrange for a flag to be personally flown over the Capitol for you. All flags are flown on the date requested or as soon as the request is received. The flag(s) will be returned to you as soon as the Capitol returns the flag to my office. Please submit all flag requests at least 2-3 weeks in advance of the date requested for the flag to be flown.

NOTE: This service is for constituents from the 17th District of Pennsylvania only and will not accept requests from locations outside of the district. Congressional courtesy dictates that Representatives are given the opportunity to assist their own constituents, thus I strongly encourage you to contact your Representative in Congress by going to http://www.house.gov/writerep/.

NOTE: If you would like to simply purchase a flag that has NOT been flown over the Capitol building, do not fill out this form. You may contact my nearest district office and purchase a flag through that office.

2) Decide how many flags, which size(s), and for whom you would like to fly the flag over the Capitol. There are five types of flags available for purchase.

The prices of the flags are as follows:

A certificate of authenticity accompanies each flag. You have the option of requesting that a flag be flown in honor of a group, individual or organization and in commemoration of an event or celebration. If you include this information, the certificate accompanying the flag will state this information. For example, you may request that a flag be flown "for John Smith on the occasion of his retirement."
