Passports and Visas

In emergency situations, my office can help speed passport applications and help process visas. I can also provide travel information directly from U.S. embassies abroad.

According to the Privacy Act of 1974, in order for me to assist you I need your written authorization.

• If your difficulty is a delay in the processing of your U.S. Passport and you are traveling within the next 14 days, please click here.  Please complete the Passport Information form and return it to my office via mail, fax, or in person.
