Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Locust Grove Elementary School to answer questions from 4th and 5th grade students. As usual, I was very impressed with the students’ preparedness and interests.

Recently, I visited with the 6th grade class from Beechwood Elementary School during their visit to Washington, D.C.
Recently, I had the privilege of hosting my fourth “Academy Day”, this time located at Dixie Heights High School in Edgewood. Approximately seventy people attended to learn more about our nation’s military academies.
Recently, I visited with 5th graders at Williamstown Elementary. We discussed the legislative process and the roles and responsibilities of Congress.
Recently, I had the honor and privilege of speaking at the dedication of the new Veterans Cemetery in Williamstown. Being surrounded by those who have dedicated their lives to protecting our nation's values was a moving experience.
Recently, I had the opportunity to attend a meeting with leaders and members of the Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) hosted by Harold and Shannon Burton at their livestock operation. It was a great evening.
