Instructions for ordering a U.S. flag to be flown over the U.S. Capitol.
- Download or print the flag reqest form.
- Fill out the flag request form and mail it to my Washington Office.
- Checks for payment of all flag orders should be made out to:
- "Christensen Office Supply Account"
- To order more than one flag, make additional copies of the flag request form.
- Allow at least 6 weeks for processing.

There is a fee for flying a flag over the Capitol. The fee is $4.05 per flag. This fee must be included when purchasing a flag.
